Langkah Syabas is a lovely beach resort, only 30 mins from Kota Kinabalu. Especially the staff in the restaurant is very friendly. They have their own cheese farm, which is amazing! Yummy brie and camembert!!! The seaview bungalows are the best: new, modern, spacious and clean!

Small bech hotel, nice rooms, swimming pool just few steps. Helpful and friendly staff. Cheap airport transfer. Meal little bit expensive. The sea and beach dirty.
