My family was staying on Level 15. The rooms were spacious and nicely furbished. The spread of breakfast was good. Check-out was swift but check-in took a while. Everything worked as expected except the wifi, which was decidedly patchy. Sometimes decided I'd logged in with two machines (which I hadn't) and had to be reset downstairs. Sometimes didn't want to play at all. Decor a bit faded but still clean and functional. Staff helpful. Can't comment on Spa or Breakfast as didn't use them.

Stayed for a night. Very dirty rooms with old decor and dirty bathrooms. View from hotel balcony was great but other facilities were old and gross. The breakfast was very old school and not tasty, the rooms were dingy and bed cover had stains and smelled bad. Will never go back there again!

We live in this hotel for 3 nights, everything is good, atmosphere rooftop lounge, nice spa & massage therapist, helpful concierge~ 'Nazri' help us carry our luggage under raining day, and he is very helpful for every question that we ask and solved it properly~ thanks you!
