Comfy sleep with friendly people and great location <3

Good overall. Showers awesome simple breakfast was also good. Can't go wrong with toast and coffee. Air conditioning beds Internet access was good. Though blankets could be softer. It's a little hard but keeps in the warmth. It's walking distance to a lot of good places to see and eat and you get a good sense of what it's like... More

The staff there are good but not awesome. Have stayed in other hostels and for a modern and chic hostel like this the staff should be a bit more proactive and enthusiastic so that guests would feel more excited to be there. Lack of interaction but otherwise great location.

It must have been one of the best experiences so far in my trip. Even though i arrived sick, ryokan gave a top notched hospitality in its staff, the immaculate cleanliness, excellent infrastructure and overall conducivenews and comfort. I would definitely definitely come back to this hostel. Oh did i mention the iPad? Just incredible!

Domitory is very clean and tidy,staff is friendly and warm-hearted to avdise you the best route of visiting.Thanks for the two cute boys(sorry I don't know your name^^) and winnie. Thanks you all and if I have oppertunity to visit Penang next time, I'll come to see you again.

I think around that area it is the best hostel. Air- con rooms with modern enviroment. Staff was really helpfull, kind and friendly. Close to main heritage areas and food courts.

The staff there was awesome. They are very friendly =) The environment is good. The location there is very convenient. No transport needed, just walk around the street, you can find places to visit and foods to eat. It is worth the money to stay here. I'm gonna be back again. I have been tottally kicked out to the street from this hotel, just because the management is not experienced and the hotel is too young. I would not recommend this to anyone at least for a couple of years before they get some knowledge in the hotel management.
