'upmarket' according to Lonely Planet! We found broken furniture, crappy bathroom, pool with tiles loose and broken. Room not cleaned. Towels not replaced.

Staff didn't even smile during registration & checking out? Knowledge of the area very low & hesitate to answer. Not a place to stay for family with young children or infant.
