it was not as same as on their website. first time i saw it, i'm speechless and feel like to find other hotel around and dissapointed. at night, blackout for 30 minutes my husband settled it down with the boy conducted at that time.no air conditioned...only ceilling fan.just imagine i'm travelling from n.sembilan 7 hours+++. i have to clean the... it looks like a haunted place to stay. Gloomy and old. Yup, its old and rusted.(NOT A CLASSIC LOOK!) not suitable for family getaway. **FIND A ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY!

Went to Crystal Bay Chalet Telok Batik with group of friends last weekend and check out on the same day. Can't wait to share the horrific experience.
