Excellent customer service from staff. Raja Hanis. So polite and helpfull from the the reservation until we check in. Dispointed with limited car par, maybe because of peak season. Wifi services is free and fast speed, good for my kids to access internet Coffee House just serve breaksfast and this cause guest cant order room service.

Noisy environment even after closed the window Shower water temperature cannot be control, once hot became very hot Lousy room service, took long to send a hairdryer to the room, then I found out it's a spoilt unit, went down to the receptionist to get another one, they made me wait for almost 15 minutes

Really disappointed with Fair Park Hotel. Not value for money. Unpolite front desk staff, poor service. BAD Wireless connectivity. STRONGLY not recommend people to stay at this hotel.

the hotel charges RM109 for a very basic room, facing the main road very noisy, and the TV does not work. they say free internet but it so slow that it does not work in practice. you can do a lot better for this price in ipoh. you should only stay here if you are desperate like i was on... More

The room rates were reasonable as it was only RM99+ per night. The hotel staffs were friendly, the WIFI works fine and it is near to a 24-7 convenient store. No complains at all for room cleanliness. Comfortably clean. Interior is very very basic, can be better to provide cosier stay. Breakfast is provided but the food is really bad. Nothing memorable or worth mentioning
