Not bad and not so good.
They own 3 houses for the guest house, they are also owner of Pine beach hotel.
Location is good, walking distance to the beach,but you hear motorcycle from the neighbors.
Rooms are simple, but cold shower.
Staff are OK, not much interact with them, most of them don't understand English.
Breakfast is included but...
