It was a last minute decision to check-in Zenith. I was glad that I chose this hotel over Kuantan Tembeling Resort. It was a pleasant stay & in fact I booked for 5 more nights in July!

We chose to stay in the city rather than on the beach, and we were so glad we did. The hotel is conveniently situated, spacious and very clean. Took a Titanium package room and it made the hotel feel like we were their only guests, servce was so good. If we are ever in Kuantan again, will definitely stay there.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Trash, budget hotel service even better.The lady is smiling but not serving. I was waited for these Staff 'COUPLE' finish their personal talk. HALLELUYA KUANTAN
