Air conditioning was poor. I feel hot at night. The tv was teribble. Can't watch and blur.. At night, there was people who disturb my room! I hate that! But all that, i give 3 point.

LOCATION -not easy to find if u are not familiar with Kuantan. -not in the main road but once u hits the main road to Pekan/Tg Lumpur/ Teluk Cempedak. -near courier service, banks (ATM), chinesse restaurant. HOTEL/ROOM -free parking. -simple breakfast buffet. -room was basic- worth the price u paid, dont expect much.
