The room is poorly maintained.. Thick layer of dust, rusty bathroom shower head.. Forced to dine in their one and only over-priced restaurant on the island; food taste horrible ....... I think i can cook better To be fair, the island is a nice place and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Had a great time at the resort. Was an easy family getaway from Singapore with a 2 hour drive and then 30 minute ferry ride. We got a great room on the beach and about 10 steps from the water. Great location. Hotel tried to charge extra saying that it is the Chinese New Year holidays. This was over and above TripAdvisor booking. Had to argue and got the RM100 extra demanded for the 2 rooms back. Rooms are musty and needs good cleaning. Staff pleasent, food not much variety.

Truly relaxing resort that we could experienced because we hardly see any clock around in the resort, neither at the lobby nor else where in the resort area, so we did not need to rush for time.
