Stayed at this hotel whenever we have our stop overs at Mersing.
Rooms definitely require some improvements. Breakfast can do better. Staffs are helpful though.
Will try other accommodations meantime.

Yes, the room was smelly and the so called family room should have been labelled 'Room With-another-bed-squeezed-inside' instead. I guess there wasn't much to expect but the receptionist was rather helpfull and friendly. The karaoke booth in the middle of the courtyard?!!?!? it was so loud and inappropriate.
