the hotel is old and not renovated for a long time, the facilities and furniture are old. only 1 of the 3 lifts operates at night and on the night of my stay it is one which is faulty. I had to put up with it and the staff told me that the manager was aware of the problem!

This place is not too bad for the price. It is an old-style business hotel that has big rooms and that has seen better days, but reasonably clean. Staff reasonably helpful. Breakfast was awful. we are first time stay in Hotel JB and we reached JB last minutes to find the Hotel in JB, Finally we go to Crystal Crown Hotel check in only left family room, is resonable price and we stayed for 2 days. It is great that we stayed in this Hotel, feel comfortable.

We have been to Grand Continental and New York Hotel. I simply prefer Crystal Crown. I love the rooms very much, it's big and cozy. Plus the rate is very attractive, just above RM$120. Best Value for Money. We booked the room everytime my girlfiend came to JB for honeymooning. Highly recommended to tourist.
