The rooms & bathrooms are average & tired looking. Located near to City Square Mall.

I was stayed there for my business trip. The location of the hotel is fine, right at the city center. The room is big but however, it is really "dated". The picture they show on the website is real but it was taken at least 10 years ago. The bed was alright and in general the room was clean. But... More

I stayed in this hotel for business purposes on 08.05.2012. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is very strategic. Other than that, there is nothing to look forward at this hotel. Most of their staff can't communicate in good English which is essential in the service and hospitality industry. It is sad to note that... More

I shall be contacting the company direct to make a formal complaint. However - general breakdown of our recent visit - Bathroom 1) Blocked sink 2)Bathroom floor was flooded when the water did go through 3)No hot water for showering 4) Bathroom light didn't work so room was in semi darkness Bedroom 1) Aircon was louder when switched OFF than... We arrived late on Friday night after a long flight from Australia and bus trip from Singapore in peak hour traffic. We were greeted by a reception lady who was not helpful at all. I had booked a non-smoking room and she wasn't prepared to search for one. Being very sensitive to cigarette smoke, this would have left us no... More

Stayed there for two nights. We are lucky enough to stay at the executive floor whereby only those with key card can go up these floors. Very quiet and enjoyed the leisure room very much. There were snacks throughout the day in the leisure room with hot drinks. Very fancy indeed with a small reading area before the entrance. The... More

Clean room but cramp. I guess we were given a smoking room as the smell of cigarette was very strong. They didn't ask if we need a non-smoking room in the first place but it didn't matter as we were out most of the time. The plus side is the free mini bar filled with all sorts of soft drinks... More

Despite the outdated rooms and a quite boring buffet in the Newsroom restaurant this hotel is still our first choice in JB. Excellent value for money. Just be aware that on certain days the disco produces an excruciating noise. It is advisable to ask when checking in for a quiet room.

This is my third stay at the hotel. My previous stay was more than five years ago and I was so surprised to know that they still have my details in their system and it made the check in process went very fast. The location of the hotel is very strategic. It's near to shopping malls but during my stay,... More

I was here on business for 2 days and stayed overnight here. As such did not get much of a chance to explore the surroundings. However the hotel seems to be in a Central location with malls and restaurants around it however the area did look a little run down. This hotel is not at the premium end however the... More
