Not really much choice in Johor Baru, so.. The service was inconsistent. Bell staffs was good, front desk was cold, concierge was good, restaurant staffs were lackadaisical, housekeeping staffs were good, operator was cold.. Overall it is just ok. Not bad, not quite good, just ok.
