Second time I've been to Byblos and had no hesitation returning to Ahiram. Great place with lovely views and access to the sea in seconds. Very accommodating and helpful staff, particularly Elvira. Breakfast is expansive and has a sea view - remember to ask for eggs / Turkish coffee or whatever you feel like. Pleasant bar as well. Worth trying.
