For those on a budget in expensive Almaty, this would be an acceptable hotel. Internet and breakfast comes with the room rate. Hotel staff is pretty friendly and helpful and more importantly, they speak enough English to get by in Almaty. The room itself is just adequate. Carpets were somewhat dirty and bed was too soft.

Stayed for 10 days in a LUX room. It had a separate bedroom from the loungeroom with lounge, shairs and a coffee table. Furnishings were ok but nothing flash.
