This is a good value Hotel in an expensive city. The room was clean, big, comfortable bed, good shower, balcony, fridge and good Wi-Fi. All you really need. try to get a room on 2nd floor as there is no lift. I stayed here twice in a week and the 4th floor for 1 night was a long way up.... More

Large room with basic but sufficient furniture, clean bathroom. Breakfast offered limited choice, but I had enough. A small supermaket is next door, which can always be useful. Staff wasn't proactively helping, but could help me when needed (I speak a little Russian). Good value for Almaty.
