Clean hotel, quick walk to the JR station (and if you do it right, you only have to cross one street). Good value with breakfast buffet, free internet, laundry facilities, and computer in the lobby. Close to just about everything. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are pretty compact with modern fittings, comfortable beds. The bathroom is quite small compared to other hotels I stayed at in Japan. Free internet.
