In the absence of a Toyoko Inn in Kochi we chose this hotel instead. Similar (slightly higher) price to Toyoko, but with a very different, designer-style image. The rooms are small and not as well equipped or comfortable as the Toyoko, and a bit stuffy, so I am afraid that when T Inn eventually opens up in Kochi the 7...

The building was modern and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in their largest room and it was spacious and the bathroom was really nice and big, worth the extra 2000 yen a night, if you are looking for the best deal in town this is it.
