Hotel was well equipped with free internet access. At the front desk, free printing and web surfing. For those from aboard, free international call at the lobby using their IP!!! Includes local calls within Japan. For business needs; computer, printer and fax are provided at no charge.

my family stayed at kumamoto station hotel for 3 nights. we took a jap style room and a semidouble room. the jap style room had very thin futons which was very hard to sleep on! the tv in the room was also very soft, and the bath spray wasnt working, plus the bathroom had a sewer smell.
