This hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly/helpful, rooms are good and the price was adequate. close to tenjin station and yatai stalls. shopping is close by and fukuoka castle ruins are 5-10 mins walking. would stay here again. there was a group of 4 males. stayed in 2 double rooms.

After two wonderful nights at the Monterey Nagasaki (see my other review), we took a 8.29am fast train (3,000 yen each) and arrived at the Hakata station almost 2 hours later. Simply good, helpfull staff, clean, easy to find. Most important: 50 meters from Tenjin Station, only 13 min. from airport. in middle of shopping and dining area. Easy acces to museums, parcs and other sight seeings
