I booked a Twin Sharing room with breakfast at 17,000 JPY. I paid a high price for its location. The hotel is in the heart of the shopping & dining area in Tenjin, Fukuoka. What a disappointing experience. I chose to stay here because they had a swimming pool, a sauna and sports facilities. I could not stay there much because such facilities are not for the hotel residents but for the locals and you are treated as a gooseberry. Reasonably sized rooms but few were smoke-free so were stuck with a smoking room which is not pleasant. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location - close to the shops, temple sights and transportation.
