The closest train station is Iriya station, one stop away from Ueno. However, the map provided on the website deceptively shows the hotel is near. It isn't. The map was only half the actual route. We got suspicious when the locals there did not know of the hotel. It took us more than 20 minutes' brisk walk, lugging our bags...
