Recently stayed at the Richmond Annex on business. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are surprisingly spacious for Japan. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Choice of 2 breakfasts Japanese or western. Both should be tried and offer a different slant on your first meal of the day. Hotel is close to the bus and train station.
