Indeed, this is a very cheap place to stay for a 2 day one night trip to Nikko. Its just opposite the Nikko Station and main bus station, so basically the location can consider the best. Got a double room at mid-December and everything was find til I returned to my room during evening and even though the air-conditioning was turned on for several hours, the room was freezing cold.
