I stay here a lot.
It is very close to everything you need.
Sightseeing is but a 5 minute walk.
Honda is close.
The rooms are nothing to write home about, but they are clean and the internet is fast.
There is a great little restaurant "BIG" behind the hotel - go go go (and have the tsukune).

We were invited by in-laws for a wedding reception for my son and daughter-in-law. Our accomodations were excellent, the meals were superlative, and the service was from another universe compared to our U.S. home. We ate frequent meals at the hotel and all were superb including the breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The location of this hotel is excellent, being built right over the Hon-Kawagoe railway station!
As I said in the title, the public areas, e.g. reception & restaurants are beautifully appointed, spacious and clean.
