The staff are excellent. The breakfast and dinner are very good and beautifully arranged. There is limited English, but we managed. The location is inconvenient, but there is a shuttle van in the afternoon to take you to the Kowakeden station. The private onsen is beautifull, located outdoors, but often full. Dining area somtimes gets smoky due to the grilling...

This hotel was very nice! The rooms were great and had a nice little private bath on the balcony which was great to use when you didn't want to go down to the hot springs. The rooms were spacious: we had two beds and the sofa pulled out into a futon-style bed for our child.
