I stayed for business, very convenient location to Tsukuba Express station. Room was small but new and functional. Only Japanese style breakfast buffet in a restaurant on the 2nd floor. I would stay again.

Great location – just around the corner from the very quiet (yes really) bus /train station and part of a mall – so everything you need is near by. The convention centre is about 15 mins walk away.
