We stayed in the bigger double room (27.6㎡). This hotel seems to be also a business hotel.
It is just beside the mito train station, but not so noisy, in the night. even some small breakfast (japanese and western style) is included.
The room had huge windows, which you can close with a big curtain to darken it completly.
