One night stay and choose this hotel based on great experience at other new.otani hotels. (Needed.to.be at QVC early am so it made sense) Room was clean but dated. No.Wi-Fi Ordered room service at 9.45pm (menu.options.admittedly limited) Food.never showed up. Called back at 11pm and was told they had forgotten.

perfect service, always clean, friendly staff, rooms sometimes a little bit small, but doable…i really enjoyed every stay in this hotel. good shopping possibilitys very close. only 30 minutes to tokio city centre by train which departs 3 minutes away.

Good business hôtel, great location for the exhibition center , easy access by train Relatively large rooms for Japan But the buffet breakfast is really poor It is too bad that they charge a fortune for Internet access! Stayed at the New Otani Makahuri for an event. Good standard overall, comfortable rooms, (although no wireless Internet in bedrooms - tsk, tsk!), good service. If you are coming to Japan for a vacation, avoid this hotel though! It is very beige and slightly frumpy. The surrounding area is rather sterile and depressing.
