There are friendly staff at the front desk and the hotel was clean and conveniently located infront of the train station. Looking for a place to stay for two nights in Toyama we found most places booked out. As a last resort we booked a room at the Toyoko Inn JR Toyama Ekimae and were pleasantly suprised.
