Really good place, rooms high up with a view to mountains......to save cash, eat in, using the basement food hall of the Dept. store opposite for excellent cheap food.

Great location in the center of town (tricky to find the parking garage the 1st time though). Room was small, out-dated and poorly equipped. Would not return.

Stayed two nights of a week-end at this hotel, after hesitating between Nikko Kanazawa (in front of Kanazawa train station) and this hotel. Location-wise I do not regret my choice. A disappointment frankly. Whilst well-located, the lobby and rooms were very tired indeed. The rooms are the normal small size for a Japanese hotel, but there really is no excuse for not refurbishing. Old TV, old wood furniture etc. Never used any of the "dining" facilities as they closed early and there was certainly nothing available after our late arrival... More
