We have just stayed three nights at Hakuun Ryokan. Found the owners to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was varied automatically each day and on day three we were surprised with a western breakfast. We were the only ones in the dining room on that day with the western breakfast and we could hear comments from other diners...
