The location is great but the rooms are very basic and shabby - hotel looks dated throughout, and there is no wifi! Staff however are great!

Mariko Nemoto at the Concierge went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She helped planned our itinerary and was just plain helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. I loved the warm Toto toilet seat. Highly recommended.

Booked for my last night in Japan after a business week. First time staying overnight in Nagoya. Easy access on the Subway (and all those shops on the subway level). Take the #12 exit from the Sakae stop and it is 5 mins walk on your right. Very clean - great service and fantastic value!
