Finely located by a train station, high standards hotel -despite the rather poor lobby. No swimming pool, no gym is in the building. The room is nice, the bathroom as well; remarkably clean windws (ight have been a lucky day). No iron in the room. Bath amenities not so nicely displayed -but that's a detail. Very well situated in the station. But worst welcome. Even with a Platinum PC card don't hope to get a room at 13:00 ! You must wait in the lobby. Didn't get any advantage with my Platinum card. This is a modern and very nice hotel within a stone throws of the JR Kanayama station. Very convenient for trips into Shin Nagoya and other parts. Staff desk very very eager to please and help. A very good experience. A luxury hotel for the price of a business one. Luxury amenities, attentive service, good location, all in all a great package. I would have liked some kind of fitness/swimming pool facility thrown in, plus wi-fi in the room, plusmore noon-Japanese TV channels, but that does not take away from what is on offer.

This hotel is a good value. It is priced usefully lower than more central hotels, as hotels in Nagoya seem to first fill up based on their proximity to the Nagoya Shinkansen station.
