Spacious breakfast area with good choice of food and friendly staff. Rooms average size and equipment standard. Part of big office building and connected directly to Nagoya station. Aside several hotel restaurants, also some floors with private restaurants. Lobby on 15th floor. Post office on same floor, in office section. 10 minutes drive of Nagoya castle.

Room was the most spacious we stayed in while in Japan, and beds felt luxurious. The executive lounge offered an excellent selection of canapés in the evening and a mix of Japanese and western food in the morning.
