Your trip in Jordania will be great with the people in Aqaba alwas trying to help, good food, clean and good location.
We stayed in this hotel during a roundtrip in Jordan. We booked 4 star hotels and were very pleased until we arrived at this hotel. This hotel is no 4 star at all (maybe it was a long time ago ?).
Staff was friendly and no complains there, but the hotel is old - not maintained so you get very...

Thanks to GM and all staff for making our vacation unforgettable. Best hotel we have ever been to. Thanks Golden Tulip
Right place - staff were exceptionally good and helpful and friendly but you can only do so much with an old hotel that needs lots of work or even a full refurbishment. The parrot at the door is fun !I would have stayed elsewhere (at twice the price) despite the good service and great staff attitude.
Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in Feb 2012. This hotel is a let down, as I expected a better standard from Golden Tulip group. The only plus side was that the staff was helpful.
The hotel rooms and bathrooms are in a need of upgrade.
The furniture is outdated & old. The bathtubs are rusted., The floor tiles...

too old room , I didn't feel good there , the breakfast was poor, and the pool is not a great scene. the only thing I liked is the staff , they were helpful and nice . the location is good too as it's in the down town.
Although the rooms are fairly decent, I'd suggest that this hotel is avoided (unless you're diving as it is near a number of dive operators, however it's a sizeable distance from the beach) this is perhaps the most shambolic hotel in terms of service I've ever stayed in, and my two mates who stayed in a separate room also agreed...

This is a fairly nice hotel. However this has one big caveat; get a room at the front of the hotel, the back has a niteclub close by, and my goodness is it loud!! You'll figure out pretty quickly if you're on the wrong side. So if you're on the right side of the hotel, the rooms are pretty nice,...
