Good hotel, but service is a bit hit and miss. It is also not great if you are in the main building, you have to go over the internal bridge to the pool, which is quite a walk. Air con in the room was not cooling enough, complaint did not help

Elaborate and well maintained, although not new. Good staff, fairly well organized rooms and good service. Free wired or wireless internet BUT avoid the in-hotel Red Sea Grill.
