My friend and I arrived stayed here for two nights in mid May 2012. Overall the hotel is an excellent place to stay! The Good: 1. The breakfast selection was fantastic - and the open air patio is a wonderful perk! 2. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. 3. The Black Pearl Seafood Restaurant was amazing. Wonderful... More

The Kempinski Aqaba is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. What we particularly liked about this luxury hotel was the upscale ambiance, the quality room, the excellent service, the great breakfast and the lap pool. Our perspective is that of budget-minded European tourists travelling in the low season. We had a large, comfortable room of about 50... More

we arrived late after a long day traveling. The staff is perfectly trained, very nice and helpful. You can feel the management is well done. The breakfast buffet is perfect, the evening buffet a bit disappointing but the fish restaurant (if open!) very good, although overpriced. Certainly the best place to rest at the end of a trip in Jordan.... More

I am a french tourist staying in Petra. I went one day in Aqaba, I came to take lunch at Kempinski hotel and we sit after lunch in the bar. Rami opened me the door and then he accompanied me to the restaurant. He is very professional and nice with the customers. He told me about facilities in the hotel... More

Before visiting Jordan we were in Israel so, the contrast in service was like day and night. Here everyone was helpful, friendly and paranoia free. We stayed 2 days at this hotel and arrived just after visiting Petra so it was the perfect place to relax. We were a party of 5, 4 adults and a baby, and although we... More

It's stylish modern, perfectly managed. Interior design is awesome, sea view is just splendid. Having breakfast at the balcony in the morning was just as good as having a bath with the Dead Sea salt at night. You just don't want to leave the room. Both wifi and cable internet connection were available in the room. Beds are soft and... More

It's a great, modern property. It does have all the facilities that one would expect in a 5* hotel. However, it only has one proper restaurant serving meals. The buffet is very average and the 'hot' dishes kept in the hot cases was actually always cold. Vegetarian variety is not much. When we asked the chef to prepare a vegetarian... More

Stayed here for 1 night with spouse. The furnishings and also architecture of this hotel is ultra-modern. Basically I feel we are paying for the brand name. It is a very pricey hotel indeed. We got a junior suite room which is quite spacious and has a small balcony facing the pool and the sea. The amenities in the room... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food at the Fish In restaurant very much. The hotel could improve the selection of fruit and hot dishes at breakfast.
