The service was poor - too slow and incapable. For example, we had to wait 40 minutes for our bags after check-in, although we called the reception 4 times to ask for them. Whilst located at a nice part of Acqaba, the hotel lacks basic principles of customer service as the staff is unhelpful, arrogant and not interested.
