The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel bar has a good vibe, especially on a Saturday night.

Stayed here during ZITF 2011 - they are organising club parties with DJ`s in their basement during the week while they are having international guests - one cannot sleep with this overbearing noise. There is also a lack of warm water. Asked to be moved to another room and they just look at you with a blank face

I really liked my stay in this hotel, especially because of the very good service. E.g.: I'd to travel from Bulawayo to Masvingo and that was a huge problem, because there's almost no tranport due to the fuel-shortage. The hotelstaff did everything to arrange a lift for me. Mark, Netherlands
