“Really friendly, safe hotel - highly recommended”

I have stayed many times at the Churchill over the last three years. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Rooms and restaurant are always clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are not sure where to stay in Bulawayo. Chris H, from UK and Dutch resident.

Rubbish hotel. Turned up late with a reservation. Told by surley reception staff that they had not checked their e-mails recently and had no rooms.
