Pascal was always around to ask if you needed anything or if he could help in any way and the owner was also always visable and asking if he could sort out any activities or help with anything else. No complaints, but just know that you are getting a nice quiet basic getaway. We got service staff for our room, cooking and serving our meals, which was nice.
