We have many of our clients (groups and individual) staying in this guesthouse during the year. We always get good reviews and they really take good care of everyone staying with them. Enjoy!

Please be sure to read this before you consider going to Sunbird. I have just got off the phone to Kennedy - the Manager at Sunbird Guest house - and to the owner/director, a lady whose name I did not get. I was trying to sort out a complaint about a stay there but neither of them seemed too concerned... More

“Very good service, friendly and trustworthy owner and staff”

We stayed at Sunbird Guest house for 2 nights in March 2009 while visiting Victoria falls. The room we stayed in was detatched from the main guest house. It had an ensuite and included basic kitchen facilities including a stove top oven. The owner was a very nice person and dropped us off and picked us up from the places... More

Guest House, was clean comfortable and the service excellent. Valerian and staff could not do enough for you . Would go back just to see them. Town of livingstone great and plenty to see. Recommend highly.

We spent three nights at Sunbird and found the staff so charming and helpful that we couldn't help but enjoy our stay. The property is in a rural location outside the city of Livingstone.
