The place is great but definitely badly run. Nobody is ever around at the reception/bar/dining area and - even worse - nobody seems to care. A real pleasure as the infrastructure and locations are fantastic and this place could be a true gem. We spent USD 140 per night per double - definitely NOT worth it!!

Natural Mystic Lodge is a beautiful quiet lodge right on the banks of the Zambezi, about 15 kms from the falls (so you need transport) the rooms are wonderful with large mosquito netted beds and working showers AND baths. The bar right down to Zambezi is a wonderful place for a sundowner and dinner. Can only be recommended

The staff was amazing, rooms where inviting and relaxing, and the food was great. It is very relaxing sitting on the deck overlooking the river while enjoying a nice cocktail from the bar.
