We have stayed twice over the years in The Small Garden and it is great little place right on the beach in Mui Ne, we payed about $25 a night which is meduim for Vietnam including breakfast for a bungalow with air con and private bath and breakfast
On arrival the rooms where over our budget but they found us a small room/hut just by reception which was perfect for backpacker and at a good rate. Everyone was very helpful and trusting, had a lovely time and ended up booking another night. Beach on front if guesthouse is lovely.
