The location for Phan Thiet is good, right next to the beach, and this hotel is adequate but nothing to write home about. Room good size, bathroom smart. One can see electric wires in place of emergency lights over fire exit. bicyles could be borrowed but they are terrible: broken brake, heavily worn tyres. The hotel is nice and the rooms are very spacious. Only problem I had was that the bathroom has both a bath and large shower but the shower did not provide hot water.
