I was there in april. The receptionista are kind and good but the rest is creepy! The room smellt bad, the sheets were grey and the wall molded.... I also saw some little insects neraby my bed. The air con sometimes worked sometimes didn't. The bathroom was not so clean as well.If you can, avoid it!

Although it is cheap and the room's are big, it is very dirty! The pool is inside and i don't think anyone will use it. Hotels in hoi an are more expensive than in other cities, so just spend more money when you are here, and save your money in other cities.

My room was so dirty it was ridiculous, dirty towels, dirt walls, bathroom looking like they did not clean after the other guest left. Got cold during the night, found out that we had nothing to cover us, not even a sheet ...mini fridge very dirty as well and not working.Very weird people at the front desk...do not recommend!

We were welcomed into this hotel by a very friendly receptionist, the pool was brilliant and our rooms were clean. We got lots of good advice from the receptionist too and were happy during our 4 night stay.
