It´s perfect to know the old city. It´s near the historical city. You can walk a lot, buy with tax free. Take beautyful photos. From your room you can see the river. The people is very nice!! The food is quite expensive (may be for Argentina). The place is to travel one or two nights, no more.

Typical raddisson with spacious rooms, great breakfast and lovely pool. Location is just on the bank of the river and has pleasant views across to beaches. The hotel is in the centre of town so convenient for restuarants. Check out restaurant adjoining the garage hotel and the side streets for local places serving meat buffets.
