I can't really decide what was good about this hotel, except for the price! I hated everything about it! It's very far from the city, the surrounding is ugly! Nothing but rocks & dirt! The room was spacious yes, but full of bugs! Especially on the curtains .. The bed was not comfy at all, & the bathroom was not... More

We just got back from a weekend stay with family at the Hotel. The Hotel may not have five star amenities with just one restaurant and one bar but the highlight of the Hotel is the Spa and the hot springs. The Spa offers a range of excellent services and packages which we all liked. Being located away from the... More

The staff were friendly and helpfull, however the resort is run down and very dated. The female spa was closed, the male spa was being repaired. None of the lights were on in the hotel presumably to save money as the hotel was deserted.

A good hetel, located at the foot of mountains, having an excellent view of the mountains on one side and the city on the other. Besides the pool, sauna & gym there nothing else to do. The rooms were reasonable clean, the buffet dinner and breakfast were great. Most of the staff are eager to help as well.

Its important to realize that this hotel is remotely located, and can be very lonesome and boring. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Al Hamra Beach Resort and to the RAK mall, but if you need to see more of Dubai, you need a car. I stayed at this hotel for a week, and mainly used it as... Khatt Springs is in the middle of nowhere... Transportation might be a pain. But having said that, it is an ideal place for a short vacation from daily schedules for people in the UAE. The hotel is not so high priced and offers neat rooms with Internet connectivity. The minus point is that there is no wireless Internet in the... More

A good deal -we were given a fair price but it is definitely not 5 star standard. Parking consists of a few spaces out front and the valet is touch and go,the rooms are nice enough but all affected by the very noisy atrium. No real amenities as such, the pool was dirty-if they set up a decent cocktail bar... More

We stayed from Christmas til new years day. The location is far away for some without a car. We booked a spa treatment, but they charged us twice and now they can't understand to pay money back. English is not their strongest language and the reception can't understand if you make a complaint. The hotel is cheap to stay in,... More

I am glad I did not check previous reviews before booking - otherwise I might have gone elsewhere and missed a very pleasant two-day break over Christmas. Khatt Spring is not 5-star (it doesn't charge anywhere near 5 star prices!), but it is comfortable with friendly, welcoming staff. It is very much a family hotel so probably not for anyone... More
